New donors, please review the following:
- Please print and complete the New Donor Contract 2026
- Mail the signed contract, along with a cheque payable to COBSS or conveniently via e-transfer, by November 20th to ensure that your award is available when the student application systems open in early December.
Ongoing annual donors, please review the following:
- Review Your Renewal Contract
- Each fall, we will mail your renewal contract to you. Please review the information and make any necessary updates.
- Submit Payment and Contract
- Once you've reviewed and signed the contract, please return it to us along with your donation. We accept cheques payable to COBSS and e-transfers for your convenience.
- Please ensure that your contract and payment reach us by November 20th to ensure that your award will be available when the student application system opens.
